Excel Food Service is a contract food services and catering company serving a four county area. The contract division currently operates the UTSI Dining Hall for lunch Monday thru Friday 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The Dining Hall is also open to the public. The catering division utilizes the talents of a Hungarian Chef, Andras Bartha. Excel caters large weddings on site at UTSI as well as off site and handles receptions, luncheons, dinners and other food functions for a variety of clients. A wedding planner is available to assist in operations. Small to medium sized functions are also available. Please contact Bill Green 931-703-1572.
