He opened his first shop in 1974 and became a Kawasaki dealer in 1981. In 1993 Terry moved the old "Adcox Cycle Service" to Tullahoma where it became "Kawasaki of Tullahoma."

Kawasaki of Tullahoma now has six employees besides Terry. Annette Adcox, Terry's wife, is the bookkeeper for the business and has been for nearly 20 years. Paul Bryant is the Parts Manager for both Adcox Cycle Service and Kawasaki of Tullahoma. Paul is also Assistant Manager of the dealership. Alton Ferrell works in sales and public relations. Charles Willis is the Head Mechanic for the service shop and has been for many years. He has won drag races in many competitions. Kawasaki also employs Scottie Parham who is a mechanic and Lori Shelton whi is the business' secretary. Lori also works in the parts department.

Terry and Annette have been married for over 20 years and have three children and one granddaughter. The oldest is Jeremy Fitzgerald-Adcox who is married to wife Gennie and they have a six month old daughter named Hannah Kirsten. Mindi is the middle child and is married to James West. She is a Veterinary Technician for Dr. Gary Nester and James works as a Computer Technician in Brentwood. They reside in Manchester. The youngest of the Adcox family is Terri Hannah who is 8 years old and attends College Street Elementary School.

Kawasaki of Tullahoma sells all of the lines of Kawasaki motocycles from cruisers to touring bikes, dirt bikes, utility mules and ATV's. Jet skis and other brands of small ATV's are also available. They also provide service, carry parts, and have accessories for all of the lines that they sell.
